After cruising to the Bahamas in November of 2011 with a group of friends, I realized something needed
to change when I began sorting through photos of the trip. I had to do something about my weight.
On November 18th weighing in at 315 pounds, I set a goal to lose 100 pounds by March 2012, and just four
months later - I had done it.
